Greetings Ingrid, My D.O.B. is May 22, 1968 Fort Lauderdale, Florida 4:32 p.m. I'm having myself tested for Adult ADHD. When I first heard about ADHD, I thought, "What a crock!" But the more I learn about it, the more I think I have it. I lack focus and attention; start projects and almost never finish them; have grand ideas which never get put in action; often forget things; often lose things; etc. I feel like a BOUNCING BALL that never gets put to rest. This "high energy" effects my sleep as well, as I literally kick my foot (in my sleep) all night long. Honestly, I don't know how my husband puts up with me! I want to have a career, put all my creative ideas in action, and make decent wages--but I can't maintain focus "long enough" to do these things. My closest friends and family members have expressed their concerns. I'm wondering if my complaints will show up in the chart--if so, what to do. Kind Regards, Ellen |
